Here is my rendering workflow for a project I did for Ayzar Developments.  Usually, I try to utilize this workflow for all my projects, it consists of 3 phases.   Most of the comments are being taken care of in phases 1-2, where phase 3 is final.

Phase 1 – black & white rendering with furniture layout, and camera view.

Phase 2 – Basic lighting, textures, camera view is verified. Also, all comments from phase 1 are done here too.
